- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The synopsis/solicitation is issued under the number PT888861180100. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 23. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302, Analytical Graphics, Inc. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received will be considered. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) plans to issue a purchase order for the contractor to provide the following brand name items: CLIN0001: STKPRO6-AVO6-CONN6 -Bundled STK/Pro, STK/Connect and STK/Advanced VO-Node Locked License (Qty = 1), CLIN0002: STKPRO6-AVO6-OCNN6-UGA -STK/Pro, STK/Connect and STK/Advanced VO Annual Support and Upgrades (Qty = 1), CLIN0003: CHN6 - STK/Chains Module - Node Locked License (Qty = 1), CLIN0004: CHN6-UGA - STK/Chains Annual Support and Upgrades (Qty = 1), CLIN0005: TERNS - STK/Terrain Module (requires STK/Pro) Node Locked License (Qty = 1), CLIN0006: TERNS5-UGA - STK/Terrain Module Annual Support and Upgrades (Qty = 1), CLIN0007: HRM5 - STK/High Resolution Maps - Node Locked License (Qty = 1). Delivery Address: NGA - Navy Yard, JSM/MS: N-024, 1200 First Street, SE, Washington, DC 20303-0001. Information shall be provided in a format that reflects the price per item and total contract price. Total cost shall include all shipping and handling. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offeror, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis with only one award made to the lowest price offeror who meets the requirement for all line items. Offerors are required to submit a complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification, Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
