Description

U. S. GOVERNMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR SPACE IN HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA The U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing Class A office space in Huntsville, Alabama, suitable for use by the Department of the Army. REQUIRED: Approximately 23,600 BOMA Office Area. The proposed space must be in close proximity (1-2 miles) of the existing Defense Acquisition University location at Progress Center, 6767 Old Madison Pike, Huntsville, AL. On-site parking for 200 vehicles for the exclusive use of the Univetsity would be required. The building must have fiber optic and high speed internet access readily available. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied in the current location under a lease extension, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all services, utilities, tenant improvement costs, parking and relocation expenses. LEASE TERM: Eighteen (18) months commencing January 28, 2007, pending location of a permanent location of approx. 40,000 square feet.
