Description

The purpose of this rrevised announcement is the following: 1. The procurement will be for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contact, priced on a per well basis, with a guaranteed minimum of $100,000, and a maximum of $500,000. The contract will be awarded with a base year ans 4 options to extend for up to 5 years. 2. In order to facilitate a greater understanding of the requirement, a technical presentation and tour will be conducted for all interested parties, who are eligible to submit a proposal as a small business under NAICS 541330, Engineering Services, with a size standard of $4.5 Milltion. The tour and presentation are scheduled for August 2, 2006, at 9:00 am, at the BLM Amarillo Field Office: 801 South Fillmore, Suite 500, Amarillo, Texas. Coming from the west: from I-40 take the Downtown/Dumas Exit (Exit 70); follow Fillmore Street and turn right onto 9th Avenue and then an immediate left into parking lot. Coming from the east: from I-40 take the Downtown/Dumas Exit (Exit 70); follow Buchanan Street and turn left onto 8th Avenue; then left onto Pierce Street with an immediate right into the parking lot. 3.
