- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), PG-13 Infantry Weapons Systems (IWS), Optics and Non-Lethal Systems (ONS), currently intents to enter into a contract with Optronic Laboratories Inc., Orlando FL. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be consider by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
