- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 423120, Size Standard 100 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2B3BM6187A100is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11, Effective 05 Jul. The Government intends to award two contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001) for a tire changer with tulip clamping design with bead roller assembly, side shovel, 24? extension kit 20-1644-1, STD accessories, RP6-2413, RP6-8832, (2) bead levers including RP6-2663 & extra storage sheath or equivalent. QUANTITY: 1, UNIT OF MEASURE: EA, DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 05 AUG 2006, FOB: DESTINATION, INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: DESTINATION. (CLIN 0002) for a mounting kit, MOTORCYCLE WHEELS, TC3250. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE 16 AUG 2006 FOB: DESTINATION INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: DESTINATION.
