Description: High Rolls Mosaic Thinning: The purpose of this contract is to secure services for Mosaic Openings by thinning trees and slash treatment on 400 acres within a 719 acres area. Designated areas will be thinned to specific intervals and defective trees cut for the purpose of establishing a thrifty, healthy, residual stand. Only those trees showing the most desirable characteristics will be left for future growth. The period of performance is 90 days after receiving a ?Notice to Proceed?. Previously issued under R3-08-06-0018, statement of work has been revised/clarified.
