Description

The Government intends to procure, on a sole source basis with Verigy Inc. maintenance and calibration of an HP 83000 VLSI Test System. Services include hardware support, software support and on-site calibration. All services to be in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's suggested service and shall include all software updates and licenses to use the updates. Period of performance shall be for one year with 2 one-year options, beginning October 1, 2006. Equipment is located at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responses received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
