- The purpose of this FedBizOpps modification is to update the Government pre-proposal conference information and provide clarification on Section L of RFP HQ0006-06-R-A004. The Government pre-proposal conference has been rescheduled to 10 August 2006. The pre-proposal conference will be held from 8:00 am to 11:00 am at the following location: Sequoia Plaza 2100 Washington Blvd Arlington, VA 22204 Offerors interested in attending the pre-proposal conference should provide the following information to Su Chang at Su.Chang@mda.mil no later than 5:00 pm EST, 01 August 2006: 1. Intent to attend the pre-proposal conference. Seating is limited (three representatives per offeror) and acknowledgement of intent to attend will ensure seating availability. 2. Any questions regarding the RFP that may be answered at the pre-proposal conference. Additional information regarding the pre-proposal conference will be emailed to interested offerors prior to the date of the conference. The following clarifies RFP Section L information: 1. On page 61, the return address for completed past performance questionnaires has been changed to the following: MDA/DACS ATTN: Grover McVey (To Be Opened By Addressee Only) 2110 Washington Boulevard Suite 405 Arlington, VA 22204 Questionnaires can be also be emailed to Grover.McVey@mda.mil. 2. The due date for the entire Past Performance Volume has been extended from 04 August 2006 to 14 August 2006. 3. The offeror is authorized to pen and ink a change to the questionnaire showing 14 August 2006 as the questionnaire submission date, or use the revised questionnaire posted on FedBizOpps. Amendment 0001 to RFP HQ0006-06-R-A004 has been posted to FedBizOpps. A revised Exhibit A, Contract Data Requirements List has been posted to FedBizOpps.
