Description

Notice of intent posted July 21, 2006 is modified to correct the contractors name as follows: The Federal Election Commission intends to award a follow-on sole source contract to Advanced Technology Systems (ATS) of McLean, VA for Phase III of the 1032 Offload Project which converted the System 1032 disclosure database processes to an updated Oracle database. The services provided under the Phase I portion consisted of requirements analysis, system design and data modeling, development, system testing and implementation. Phase II provided for further implementation of the enhanced disclosure database unique to FEC. Phase III will provide 1032 process termination analysis, phase application improvements, and system archiving which will build in business rules into the ETL mapping in order to maintain the integrity of archived data. The current environment at FEC conforms to J2EE standards and SQL standards. The ETL (Informatica 7.1.1.) for the current applications are developed using Informatica PowerCenter 7.1.1. The contract vehicle will be a fixed price task order contract awarded under a GSA Schedule by August 30, 2006. The estimated contract value is $1.2M.
