- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Washington is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses in the metropolitan Washington DC area with in-depth experience in FISMA support provided to the US Government as a prime contractor. What may be required (on site at the OCC) includes the following: Provide expert advice and assistance to the CISO and to the OCC business-based officials who are responsible for individual OCC general support systems and major applications, as the OCC staff completes the steps required for certifying and accrediting (C&A) its systems, including: Expert advice and assistance to the OCC teams in creating or updating system security plans, configuration management plans, contingency plans, documentation of independent risk analyses, corrective action plans, system test and evaluation plans and formalized memoranda for certifying and accrediting officials. Expert advice and assistance to the OCC teams in testing general support system security controls to support certification and accreditation of major applications. Expert advice and assistance to the OCC teams in testing application controls that can be generalized across multiple applications (e.g., directory access, encryption). Expert advice and assistance to the OCC in teams preparing final C&A documentation. Expert advice and assistance to the OCC CISO and to the certifying and accrediting officials as OCC completes C&A of its systems. SDVOSBs with indepth experience in these FISMA and compliance areas are requested to submit brief summaries of their experience that include for whom the work was done, and what was done, and an e:mail address of the government primary technical person.
