Description: We intend to award a sole source contract to Kilgore Flares Company, 155 Kilgore Drive, Toone, TN 38381 to purchase 800 each 66mm Vehicle Discharge MBS Smoke Grenades. Research as shown that no other company has been able to produce an item that sat isfied the results needed for the testing required. No additional notifications of individual purchases will be provided. See Note 22.
