Description
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice H92240-06-T-1139 Questions/Answers Question: What is the level of training –Regular Operator or Corpsman? Answer: The level of training will be Regular Operator and Corpsman Question: September 11th and 12th – is this a 16 hour course (standard PHTLS) or 2 eight (8) hour days? With 50-60 students per day or both days total? Answer: This is 100 students in two (2) days. 50 students the first day and 50 students the second, whatever time it takes. Question: Field or Classroom Training Answer: This will be all field training. Question: For class setup, breakdown and packaging is one day on the front end and one day on the back end within the scope of the project timeframe? Answer: Yes, one day only on the front and back end. Question: Will this be and on-going program in California? Answer: That is not known at this time Question: Is it acceptable to use formatted military PHTLS scenarios, of actual cases from the AOR? Answer: Scenarios from actual cases in current on going operations are preferred. Question: What is the training area? Answer: The training area is outside open area no night ops. Question: Is there a set schedule? Is the 2 days open ended? Can the training be more than an 8 hour day? Answer: yes the schedule is set for September 11th and 12th, 2006. The training days can be as long as they need to be to accomplish the training. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-JUL-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
