Description

Construction services for the renovation of an existing residential building to be used as a health care office building. Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new concrete ramp, entry canopy, reconfiguration of all rooms, exterior walkways, mechanical, electrical and data/voice cable upgrades, and related work. As built drawings will be required upon completion. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The building is located at Warm Springs Indian Reservation, Warm Springs, Oregon, approximately 120 miles southeast of Portland. It is a structurally sound, single story, wood framed structure with basement on a level lot, currently owned and operated by the Indian Health Service and used for temporary housing. Total area including the basement is 2,760 gross square feet (2,070 NSF). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ All documents related to this solicitation will be made available online at FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) under the above solicitation number, on or about September 5, 2006. The value of this project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. All work is to be completed within 90 days of award. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This solicitation is issued as a 51% Indian set-aside. Any contract resulting from the solicitation contained herein is totally set aside for 51% or more Indian owned firms pursuant to the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 USC 47.
