- Q. Is there an incumbent? Is this a new requirement or a re-compete? Answer: There is an incumbent, this is a recompete Is this going to be a Firm Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Fee-Labor Hours, or Time and Material Contract Answer: A Firm Fixed Fee-Labor Hours and Travel will be Cost Reimbursement Q. We currently have a Secret facility clearance. Would the clearance be required to be upgraded to Top Secret. Answer: Yes Q. Will we be required to backfill individuals during attendance to required schools, leave etc? Answer: No Q. Could you please provide the point of contact information for the TRADOC Approved Antiterrorism Level II Program Manager and the Conventional Physical Security Courses at Fort Leonard Wood, MO? Answer: The information is at http://www.tradoc.army.mil Q. The amendment states that resume’s should not include an individual’s name. Does this mean we cannot mention by name any individual throughout the proposal and will have to list and detail their qualifications only? Answer: Resume’s should not include the individual’s name Q. Will the contractor SMEs be expected to deploy into combat theatres with the SF they support? Answer: No. Do you get more credit for having additional past performance citations that are current/recent and relevant. Answer: Past Performance evaluations will be as stated in the Solicitation Q. Must the 8a Prime contractor accomplish a minimum of 51% of the task when teamed with a large business Answer: An 8a Prime contractor must perform a minimum of 50% when teamed with a large business Q. Is our response to this Combined/Solicitation considered the final proposal, or will there be another process to select the best candidate company?
