- Description Of Requirement: The Federal Aviation Administration's ATO-P Terminal Automation/Systems Product Team requirement is for Test and Engineering Support for technical activities necessary to design, develop including investigate, test, evaluate, along with document modification and enhancements of the terminals system and other locations as required. The Federal Aviation Administration anticipates awarding a 5-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Time & Material type contract. This requirement is a competitive procurement open to all businesses. The North American Industry Classification Code is 541330. This requirement is to obtain the required labor, facilities, materials necessary to support this requirement. The FAA anticipates the following functions: ? Common Automated Radar Terminal, (ARTS) Systems. -ARTS IE -ARTS IIE -ARTS IIIE ? Common ARTS Software Builds ? Future enhancements and technical refresh systems/subsystems/software such as: -ARTS IIE Color Display, (ACD) -Common ARTS operating system Migration to Linux (VCOM-54) -Common ARTS system monitoring console-PC Enhancements (e.g. Browser-based control) -Terminal Automation Modernization Replacement, (TAMR) -Automatic Dependent Surveillance- Broadcast, (ADS-B) -Mosaic -Fusion Tracking (Time-corrected display) -Asterix -Integrated Terminal Weather System, (ITWS) -Common ARTS Platform Refresh (e.g. VersaModule Eurocard, CompactPCI, Server) -Common ARTS Obsolete Hardware Refresh (e.g. processor board, serial board, graphics board, power supply, disk storage, etc.) -Other future enhancements and technical refresh systems/subsystems/software as required. ? Other Terminal Air Traffic Control (ATC) Automation Systems, and related Support Systems, such as -Advanced Electronic Flight Strips, (AEFS) -Airport Resource Management Tool, (ARMT) -Other Terminal ATC Automation Systems, and related Support Systems as required.
