Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Boulder City Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Haddon Jackson Associates, Inc., 595 Colonial Park Dr. Suite 101, Roswell, GA 30075-3760. This purchase order is for continuing benchmarking analyses studies of major components of activities for Hoover, Parker, and Davis Dams. The benchmarking requirement involves the collection of data, analysis of data, and the comparison of the data with hydropower plants that are of similar size and age. Haddon Jackson's software database contains the last twelve years of information, gathered previously under similar purchase orders for Reclamation, which is required to show improvements which can only be measured over time. This information, along with their knowledge and background, enables Haddon Jackson Associates to complete this benchmarking study. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The anticipated award date is July 26, 2006.
