Description: This is a sole source notice for force development program under the Air Force Fellows/National Security Fellows (NSF) Program with John F. The AF Fellows is an alternate, in-resident force development program offering intermediate or senior Force developments Development education (IDE or SDE)credit. This will be a firm-fixed contract.
