- NASA/GRC has a requirement for Cloud Physics Instrumentation. NASA/GRC intends to purchase the items from Droplet Measurement Technologies, Inc. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The instrumentation will be purchased Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii)(A), Only One Responsible Source Will Satisfy the Agency's Requirement without substantial duplication of cost, and, FAR 6.302-4, International Agreement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. An Ombudsman has been appointed.
