- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation for the acquisition of two (2) SENSOR, TEMPERATURE KIT P/N 924-057, two (2) CONTROL PANEL P/N 495293-25, two (2) TRANSMITTER, PRESSURE P/N 4952393-15, two (2) TRANSDUCER-PRESSURE P/N 4952393-36, two (2) SPEED SENSOR P/N 4952393-21, and one (1) STARTER-GASKET P/N 4952393-9. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
