The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Portland, OR have a requirement at the Red Bluff Fish & Wildlife Office, 10950 Tyler Road, Red Bluff, CA 96080 (Tehama County), to provide Janitorial Services for various buildings. Vendor must have the capabilities to service these types of buildings and facilities, and possess industry standard qualifications to perform janitorial services in a federal office work and visitor center environment - selection process is "Best Value" (Price, Experience & Past Performance). This requirement will be awarded with a base year plus four (4) option years at the Federal Government's discretion.
