Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with DR S Training & Control Systems (DRS TCS), Inc., 645 Anchors St. NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL, 32548-3803, for one each AN/MSQ-T43(V)4 Modular Threat Emitter Missile Guidance Transmitter Test Box, DRS part number 00110040-01, including set-up and training. A te chnical specification package is not available for the V4 Transmitter Test Box, such data being proprietary to DRS TCS. Only DRS TCS can provide the Test Box and provide the required performance and compatibility with the existing V4. FOB Destination, Tob yhanna Army Depot. NAICS is 334515, 500 employees.
