PRON: AX6F0304AX, NSN: 1620-01-325-8223, PN: 70250-13103-042, Quantity: Min: 261 each, Max: 1491 each, 5 year IDIQ, applicable to the UH-60. FOB Destination, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The required delivery with First Article Test is 261 e ach, 375 days after contract award (DACA). The required delivery without FAT, is 261 each, 291 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The government has the rights to the techni cal data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. law, parti cipation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Business, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
