Description

SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall expand the existing Alerton Direct Digital Control (DDC) system at the VAMC campus, as detailed in the specifications and list of equipment to be controlled by the DDC system. All devices must be 100% BACnet compliant. New devices, controllers, etc. must integrate seamlessly into the existing Alerton System. No gateways can be used. Work will include providing and installing equipment, wiring, and conduit, and programming the system as necessary to meet the contract requirements. All equipment must be Alerton to match and interface with the existing DDC equipment. The estimated contract dollar amount is between $250,000 to $500,000. The NAICS code is 334512. In accordance with FAR Part 811, the procurement is restricted from using the brand name or equal clause.
