- The following changes should be made to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation HSCG23-06-R-DPP035 posted to FedBizOpps on June 29,2006: 1. Under the Solicitation Description section, paragraph 2, starting with the words ?Current Cost Guard??, sentence number 8, starting with the words ?The total contract ceiling??, is hereby changed to read as follows: ?The total contract ceiling price is derived by multiplying the maximum FFP quantities by their respective unit prices provided by the Offeror; then adding the travel ceilings provided herein, or those provided by the Offeror, in support of the Firm Fixed Price CLINs; then adding the sum of those totals with the T&M ceiling prices proposed by the Offeror with the travel ceilings provided for those T&M CLINS herein, or as proposed by the Offeror. (FFP unit prices times maximum quantities + travel ceilings (as stated below or as proposed by the offeror, if any = sum of all FFP CLIN pricing. Sum of all FFP CLIN pricing + T&M ceiling prices as proposed + maximum travel ceilings (as stated below or as proposed by the offeror, if any) = Total Evaluated Price. The following travel ceilings for the Firm Fixed Price CLINS shall be used by Offerors to develop their total contract ceiling price: Base year: maximum of $241,000.00 Option Year One: maximum of $231,400.00 Option year Two: maximum of $406,141.00 Option Year Three: maximum of $428,573.00 Option Year Four: maximum of $524,682.00 The following travel ceilings for the Time and Materials CLINS shall be used by Offerors to develop their total contract ceiling price: Base year: maximum of $101,600.00 Option Year One: maximum of $101,600.00 Option year Two: maximum of $101,600.00 Option Year Three: maximum of $101,600.00 Option Year Four: maximum of $101,600.00 2. Paragraph 4, beginning with the words ?The total not to exceed?.? sentence number 3, beginning with the words ?Offferor shall provide?? is changed to read as follows: ?Offerors shall provide a proposal for the FFP CLINS/SubCLINS giving a price per course convening, and a total price for the maximum courses identified in the solicitation in support of each CLIN/SubCLIN.
