Description: The Lassen National Forest intends to solicit for reconstruction of the Spattercone Trailhead. This project consists of the reconstruction of Spattercone Trailhead. Work includes, but not limited, to construction of a paved access road and parking area, concrete walkways, information kiosk, accessible trail, native surface trail, trail markers, rock benches, wellhouse reroofing, drinking fountain, faucet and water distribution system, and blowhole barrier. There are six option items. This solicitation will be available on/or around July 27, 2006 for electronic download.
