- The Regional Contracting Department Pearl Harbor Hawaii intends to negotiate from a written quotation, a SOLE SOURCE, contract for commercial services/supplies in accordance with FAR Part 12 using FAR Part 13 procedures with American Safety, 98-025 Hekaha St., Aiea, HI 96701. All contractors shall be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards. This Solicitation, Number N00604-06-T-A313, is an internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation shall not be available. Phone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency Requestors shall provide their name, address, phone/fax numbers and e-mail address. Submit the completed solicitation quotation and the completed representations and certification clauses (complete them at https://orca.bpn.gov) to deborah.alberto@navy.mil or faxed to (808) 473-0811by 12:00 pm Hawaii Standard Time on 17 Jul 06. When applicable, offerors shall submit brochures when offering an ?equal? product. The text of all referenced clauses can be viewed at http://arnet.gov/far. The solicitation can be downloaded from the NECO website at http://www.neco.navy.mil on or about 12 July. An award is anticipated on or about 24 Jul 06. The criteria for award shall be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable, responsible offer: FOB Destination Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The requirements are as follows. The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, pick up and delivery of vehicles at the Federal Fire Dept. Pearl Harbor, HI. American Safety has proprietary rights to the logo design. Item 1: Remove existing worn logo, 2 each for 35 vehicles and install the new 15? x 15?, machine-turn, 24Kt, in-laid gold logos, P/N ASG15; Item 2: Remove existing and install on three Chevy Suburbans and two Sport Tracs the following: Remove lime green, blue pin striping and the word ?Fire? from the hoods and install red r eflective striping and the current logos, P/n: ASGCOM1; Item 3: Remove existing and the install the following on 13 Ford Rangers: lime green and blue pin striping, current logo and verbiage located inside of the striping. Install red reflective striping, 24kt in-laid gold pin striping and replace worn logo, P/N: ASGCOM2; Item 4: Remove existing worn logo, numbering on the front, sides, and rear of 7 each and replace with black and gold letters and numbers on the sides and rear and black and white letters on the front.
