- Solicitation GS06P06GXC3064, Occupancy Agreements (AO) and STAR Billing Support Services at the Public Buildings Service, Heartland Region, 1500 E. Bannister Road, Kansas City, Missouri, will be issued o/a July 26, 2006. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be due o/a August 24, 2006. The contract will be for five (5) years total, one (1) year base with four (4) one-year options. In addition, there will be an option to extend not to exceed 6 months. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 518210 with size standards of $23 million.
