Description

The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,625 rentable square feet of office and related space to yield a minimum of 7,500 BOMA Office Area Square Feet of space and 15 secure parking spaces. Space must be located with the City of Mobile, Al. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Term: The space is required ASAP for 10 years, 5 years firm with the Government having cancellation priveleges after the firm term.
