Description: The hazardous tree evaluation shall identify all trees that are or will be a potential hazard to the public, park employees, park facilities, and other trees. Based the hazard tree evaluation the contractor shall appropriately prune, shape and remov e all trees/stumps. This solicitation will be 100% small business set-aside. A firm fixed priced commercial item contract is contemplated. QUOTATIONS are due 21July 2006, 10 AM. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulatio ns per FAR 12. NAICS 561730 with a SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $6,000,000. This announcement constitutes only the synopsis; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED.
