Description

Description: This project is for the alteration and maintenance of Sun Plaza Park at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to construct alter and maintain Sun Plaza Park at Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 26 Jul 2006. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 28 Aug 2006. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 30 days after award. This project is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business competitive set-aside. The Request For Proposal is available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.gov/). All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 31 Dec 06, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA.
