Description

TITLE: Sole Source Acquisition for F.O.D. BOSS-8 Packages The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to F.O.D. Control Corporation. Required items are the Sweeper Assembly, Debris Retention Mesh, Carry/Storage Bag, Owners Manual, Safety Release Towing Assembly, Pintle Hook Adapter & Hitch Extender. Item to be purchased is: CLIN 0001: F.O.D. BOSS-8 Package, Manufacturer: F.O.D. Control Corporation, Part no. Boss-8 Package. Qty 2 Ea. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 13 July 06 at 12:00 P.M.
