Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3Z0426143A100; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-11 and Defense DCN 20060616. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337211. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7110. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2521. This request for quotation consists of the following items: Item 0001: Qty 2 EA, Custom Made Flight Planning Table. Item 0002: Qty 1 EA, Delivery. Item 0003: Qty 1 EA, Installation. Construction materials: three forth inch thick red oak and one forth inch thick plexiglass. Base: Overall dimensions of the base shall be 72 inches wide x 72 inches length x 38 inches height and consist of eight (8) storage compartments, each 24 inches wide x 24 inches depth x 38 inches height. The center of the base unit, 24 inches by 24 inches, shall be empty. Two sections (opposite sides) will have three compartments, 24 inches wide x 24 inches length each. The other two sections shall be one compartment 24 inches wide x 24 inches length. The four sections shall be attached to each other to prevent them from sliding apart. The doors on each compartment shall be 3 inches wide stiles and rails with an inset panel. Each compartment shall have one shelf. Base of the sections shall be finished with base molding. Top: Overall dimensions of the top shall be 96 inches wide x 96 inches length. The top shall be braced so that total height of base and top is approximately 42 inches.
