U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN Hammond, LA Flyer Number 6LA0088 REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office and related space consisting of approximately 1,265 rentable square feet of space. The space must yield 1,100 occupiable square feet of office space available for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space will be occupied by the Government. LEASE TERM: 3 year one year firm lease UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. All space should be contiguous on one floor. The building shall have 24 hours security guard and/or security system. Personnel shall have 24 hour unrestricted access to office. LOCATION: Delineated Area North Wardline Road (West University Ave) South Highway 22 East Industrial Park Road (next to the Hammond airport) West Interstate 55 OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within 60 days. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3) Square footage offered 4) Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6) Evidence of authority to represent the owner.
