- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for maintenance on the Dictaphone Enterprise Express Voice System 24 ports Hardware and Software performed by Dictaphone Service Support Center 3984 Pepsi Cola Drive Melbourne, FL 32934. The maintenance is necessary for 55 MDG to satisfy mission requirements. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because Dictaphone Service Support Center is the manufacturer and only distributor of the Dictaphone Enterprise Express Voice System. The procurement of the maintenance must be completed in a timely manner in order to meet mission requirements.
