Description

DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Department of Interior, U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico has a requirement for an experienced contractor to furnish all effort, labor, materials, and equipment to provide DESIGN/BUILD services to furnish and install steel helical piers to re-level the addition to the FRO building and to stabilize the foundation, soil investigation required; repairing exiting interior wall surface cracks, as well as those caused by the leveling operation; to install sealer on the interior basement walls to prevent water migration into the basement; to install seamless gutter and downspout to carry rainwater away from existing structure; re-grade the surrounding grounds to facilitate improved drainage around the existing structure; to remove rotted or damage siding and replace with similar profiled material, this project is in accordance with criteria established with Part 3 - Scope of Work and Part 4 - Specific Job Requirements, additional details will be included in solicitation. The project is located at Tishomingo National Fish Hatchery, Johnston County, approximately 12 miles northwest of Tishomingo, Oklahoma. The estimated price magnitude is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The performance period shall be split into two phases and is expected to be 90 calendar days or less. Proposal evaluation will be on Best Value process (Technical, Past Performance, and Price). The project is solicited unrestricted full and open competition. Both small and large businesses may submit proposals. We anticipate the solicitation to be available on or about July 15, 2006.
