Description

1. Connect the sprinkler system in the new freezer to the riser in the institution side of the Warehouse. The freezer is supposed to come with internal piping and sprinkler heads already installed or will be installed by project end. Freezer contractor might sub this part out. 2. Install piping and sprinkler heads in the Loading dock building (approximately 30' by 40') and connect this to the existing system as well. 3. Both installations will be dry systems meaning they will be filled with air so cost for a compressor or two will have to be included. 4. No trenching or digging will be required. All above ground work. 5. Install an adequate number of sprinkler heads in the Institution side of the Warehouse rest room. 6. Install an adequate number of heads in the outside existing freezer (approximately 15' by 25').
