Description
This sources sought notice is issued for the purpose of identifying sources for the purchase of various Honeycomb Panels in support of 110?, 210? and 270? MEP?s. All interested parties shall complete the Market Research Questionnaire posted to this sources sought announcement. Responses to this notice and questions shall be submitted to Norman Cofer at Norman.Cofer@uscg.mil. Interested sources shall provide a sample of complete documentation showing that they are capable of providing various Honeycomb Panels to the different cutterse. Delivery should be FOB Destination. The delivery address is: USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room, Bldg 88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. Market Survey Questionnaire Please respond under separate correspondence, addressing the following items: E-mail response is acceptable. 1. What type of commercial products and services do you offer that might fill this requirement? 2. If you do not have a commercial product and service that can fulfill this requirement, do you have a product that can be modified to meet the requirement? 3. Please provide any promotional literature of your products. 4. What type of manufacturing or services quality control do you provide? Please provide a copy of the quality control if available. If it is not available, please explain your standard practice. 5. Do you believe that there is a better method for the government to fulfill the requirement especially for long lead time items? If so, please explain. 6. What type of quantity or other discounts do you offer your customers? 7. What are your standard warranty terms? Please provide a copy of the warranty terms. 8. Do you have a published price list for your products and/or services? 9. What is your average lead-time for your product? 10. Do you expect to offer a new product or service some time in the future that might affect the product you are offering or this requirement? 11. Do you have technical support based in the U.S.? 12. Are you certified as a small or minority business by the Small Business Administration? 13. Is your product priced FOB Destination? 14. Is it possible for your company to provide warehousing of products for a 30 day turnaround? 15. What is your company?s capability to package each part separately? 16. What is your company?s commercial package and shipping procedures? 17. Does your company notify the Government if there will be a delay in delivery? If so how is the information provided? 18. Does your company alert the government to part number changes? If so how is the information provided? 19. Can you provide documentation that your company monitors parts updates? Contractors may submit any and all information; literature and documentation that they feel may be beneficial.
