Description: The objective of this contract is to secure aerial application of Contractor-furnished fertilizer at an application rate of 440 pounds per acre. Work encompasses approximately 1,100 acres on the Detroit Ranger District (242 tons) and 775 acres on the Sweet Home Ranger District (171 tons), both on the Willamette National Forest. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Offers are due by close of business on August 17, 2006. Estimated start work date is October 12, 2006. Contract time is 12 calendar days. The solicitation packet will be posted in FedBizOpps on or about July 17, 2006.
