- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE EL PASO, TEXAS ************** The United States Government seeks to lease Class A Office Space consisting of approximately 4,025 rentable square feet of contiguous space in El Paso, Texas. The space should yield approximately 3,500 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of two (2) reserved parking spaces for official vehicles must be available within 1 block of the space. Additional parking within a reasonable distance of the office space must be available. Access to public transportation is desired. The building must be located within the following delineated area: Within El Paso Central Business District (CBD) and the east side of El Paso South of Interstate 10 and accessible by traffic traveling either east or west on I-10 The proposed lease is for five (5) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 04-01-07. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
