Description: The Internal Revenue Service intends to negotiate a non-competitive contract with Johnson Controls Incorporated, 2065 Nonconnah Boulevard, Memphis, TN 38132 for the maintenance of a government owned security system and the monitoring of a government owned fire alarm system at the Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC), 5333 Getwell Road, Memphis, TN. This is an interim contract for six months, and it is anticipated that a follow-on contract will be awarded for a base period and four optional renewal years. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for interested parties, nor is it a solicitation for proposals. A pre-solicitation notice will be posted for the follow-on contract at a later date.
