- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT REPLACES RFQ N00181-05-Q-E021. Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex has a requirement to purchase Low Pressure Resin Catch Tanks, Steel shell with High Integrity Container inside for delivery to various locations. The Government anticipates awarding a contract for one base year and four (4) one-year options. This Request for Quotation will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract under FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Products. All options will be evaluated with the base period. Contractor must have an (SCDHEC)South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control approved Quality Assurance Program as a minimum. The applicable NAICS classification is 332420 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The applicable request for quotation number is N00181-06-Q-E015 Response date for submission of offers, specifications, quantities, and required delivery locations will be established in the request for quote when issued. No telephone/fax requests will be accepted.
