Description

Request for Proposals NAR060056 Rock Springs Field Office Janitorial Services located at 280 Hwy 191 North, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901. Solicitation Number NAR060056 applies and will be issued as a Request for Proposals for the following services: The BLM Rock Springs Field Office in Rock Springs, WY has a requirement for janitorial services for the location of 280 Hwy 191 North, Rock Springs, WY consisting of the main office building with approximately 27,826 square feet, including approximately 2,789 square feet of tile/vinyl flooring and 25,037 square feet of carpet. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment and tools, except for specified Government furnished property, required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily perform the janitorial services specified within the statement of work. The BLM anticipates a firm-fixed price award for one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year options beginning October 1, 2006. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 561720. Size standard is $15 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 7, 2006. Proposals are due August 4, 2006 by 10:00 AM Mountain Time. Award will be made based on past performance and price which are in descending order of importance. Submit proposals to the address indicated above. Proposals shall include the following items: 1) Pricing Schedule including unit price, 2) Past Performance Questionnaires from at least three (3) current customers for like services, 3) Completed 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Mar 2005) (accessible at http://www.arnet.gov/far/) or statement of registration in ORCA (accessible at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx) , 4) Include TIN and DUNS Number, and 6) Offer must be signed. Offerors must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. See Note 1.
