Description: The purpose of this modification is to change the issue date of the solicitation from April 27, 2006 to on or about July 5, 2006, at which time both solicitation and the performance work statement will be released to ASFI. The contract period of per formance will have a base period of August 1, 2006 to September 30, 2006 and one option year beginning October 1, 2006 to September 2007. The closing date of the solicitation will change from May 18, 2006 to July 19, 2006 at 2pm.
