- Description
- This is a synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. Solicitation number FA4600-06-T-0036 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than 3:00 PM, cst on Wednesday, 28 June 06. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: wayne.manke@offutt.af.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 517310 and $12.5M. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds. NOTES: No. 1 ? This solicitation was previously issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. No. 2 - See attached solicitation for requested services, terms and conditions. No. 3 - Questions may be directed to Mr. Wayne Manke via email (preferred) at wayne.manke@offutt.af.mil or (402) 232-6571. Please note the phone number listed here is the correct phone number to call and differs from what's shown in the POC information below. No. 4 - Disregard the previous note no. 4 about a need for 40 VoIP handsets and associated equipment. As of 28 Jun 06, the Government does not require VoIP handsets and associated equipment. No. 5 - The solication closing time has been extended to 3:00 PM CST on Wednesday June 28th, 2006.
