Description

Synopsis: Contractor shall provide one locum tenen Psychologist to work at either the Tomah VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 500 East Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660 or the River Valley Clinic (LaCrosse CBOC) located at 2600 State Road, LaCrosse, WI 54601. The primary place of performance will be the Tomah VAMC; however, the provider may be required to provide services at the LaCrosse CBOC. The anticipated period of performance is August 7, 2006 through September 30, 2006 with an option to extend through December 31, 2006, at the Government?s discretion. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed unit price requirements contract. Only one award will be made from this solicitation. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621112, size standard $9.0 Million.
