Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO), Acquisition Operations Service, Washington, DC intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with the National Forum for Health Care Quality Measurement (NFHQM), Washington, DC. its membership renewal for a one year period. The proposed requirement is for membership coverage for Draft Proceedings from Therapeutic Drug Management Workshop, Steering Committee Performance Measures, Advisory Committee for the National Goals for Health Care Quality Measurement and Reporting. The Government will negotiate with only one source via the Authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, and all responses must be received within 10 calendars after publication of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
