Description: Rabideau CCC Camp is located approximately 8 miles south of Blackduck, Minnesota, Hwy 39. Building #6 is a 70 ft X 20 ft timer frame single story historic structure. The Rabideau building #6 scope of work will consist of the following: 1. Move, or stabilize in place existing sturcture to facilitate the placement of poured-in place concrete columns. 2. Remove existing timber supports and replace with IBC compliant floor framing. 3. Raise existing still plate 8 inches. 4. Double-up existing 2 X 6 floor joists to enhance load carrying capacity.
