Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order on a sole-source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-06-G-0007 to Northrop Grumman Space Technology., One Rancho Carmel, Mail Station RC 1/3279, San Diego, California 92128-3403 for E-2C RePLACE technology evaluation. NGST was the sole designer and developer of the E-2C Group II Mission Computer Replacement (GrIIM RePr) which uses RePLACE technology. The contractor will be tasked to re-use and build upon existing elements of the technology developed for the E-2C GrIIM RePr and shall demonstrate its applicability to other processing elements within the Mission Avionics. This effort will require access to the previously developed RePLACE emulation to which NGST solely holds the data rights.
