Description

The contractor shall provide: 1 Each, NOVASURE GENERATOR RF, 220V / 50Hz, (CYTYC Surgical Products PART# 816001-03); 1 each, NOVASURE disposable device with connecting cord, including suction line desiccant, 3 items per pkg, (CYTYC Surgical Product s PART#915002-04); 1 each, NOVASURE CO2 canisters, 10 canisters per pkg, (CYTYC Surgical Products PART# 81401-01) 1 each, SERVICE MANUAL IN ENGLISH; 1 each, OPERATOR'S MANUAL IN ENGLISH. The place of delivery is Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germa ny. The required delivery date is no less than 30 days after receipt of order. A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. Estimated Request for Quotationl Issue Date: 27 June 2006. Estimated Quotation Closing Date: 5 July 2006. This will be an electronic solicitation release. No hard copies will be mailed. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted to FedBizOpps (http://www.eps.gov). This acquisition will be conducted using Full and Open competition procedures. In order to be eligible for award, registration in the Central Contractor Registration data base is required.
