Description

The proposed contract action is for the purchase of 2 EACH Grass-Telefactor PSG Systems, Astro-Med P/N CMXL-P230; and associated equipment and supplies which the MEDCOM Europe Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received wi thin 11 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governm ent. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Supplies will be delivered to the U.S. Hospital, 66849 Landstuhl, Germany. This acquisition will be solicited in a ccordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration with the CCR may be accomplished using their web page www.ccr.gov or by calling (888) 227-2423. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
